厚労省の調査によると、大卒3年以内の離職率は30%以上。「イメージと違った」などの理由で、実に3人に1人が早期離職を選択しているのです。これはひとえに、学生の目標が「内定を取ること」になっており、自らの将来像を描けていないことに起因します。

According to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfares’ investigates, the rate of retirement for the 3rd year college students is more than 30%. Three of one choose early retirement because the images of the companies are different from their one. It cause the fact that their target of their life is what they can get job, and they cannot image their own future.

キャリア教育を目的としたプロジェクト「クマカフェ」は、「どのような仕事がしたいのか」「社会とはどのような場所か」など、自らのキャリアを経験豊富な社会人サポーターらと考え、「参加者全員が納得した職に就くこと」を目指します。

熊本市内の会場で月に一回、平日夜に開催。第一部は、ゲストと弊社代表の田中によるトークセッション、第二部は、学生と社会人がグループに分かれ、ざっくばらんな雰囲気で就職や仕事についてトークします。

They can think about their own career, for example ‘what kind of job do I want to have?’ ‘What is society?’ with some society supporters having a lot of experience at “Kuma-cafe” which is a project for career education. We are going to hold it at weekday’s nights at a site in Kumamoto city a month. The talk session by guests and Representative Mr. Tanaka is first. The second is that we divide into students and society and have a casual talk session about a hunting job or a job.

第1期は終了しました。第2期は、2016年2月より、月１回開催しております。
